جوانان استان مازندران بود تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کابردی و از نظر روش توصیفی همبستگی و از نظر جمع آوری داده ها میدانی است جامعه آماری تحقیق را کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان مازندران 271 تشکیل داده اند براساس جدول مورگان تعداد 156 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق و به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای و در داخل خوشه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند ابزار مورد استفاده برای جمع آوری داده ها متشکل از دو پرسشنامه بود که یکی مربوط به اخلاق کاری که از پرسشنامه استاندارد شده سی پتی 1990 و برای رفتار شهروند سازمانی از پرسشنامه استاندارد شده اورگان و کانوسکی 1996 استفاده شده است و پایایی آن به روش آلفای کرونباخ اخلاق کاری 860R ، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی 820R تعیین شد برای محاسبه و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که ابعاد اخلاق کاری 54 درصد از واریانس رفتار شهروندی سازمانی
